What we take on

Groundworks and site preparation for residential plots

Site clearance and ground reduction

We strip vegetation, remove old structures and reduce levels so the plot is flat, stable and ready for setting out.

Foundations and trench excavation

Trench digging, concrete pouring and reinforcement for strip and pad foundations, sized to your engineer's drawings.

Drainage and service connections

Foul and surface water runs, soakaways and the pipework that carries services from the boundary to the house position.

Access roads and driveways

Hardstanding, dropped kerbs and the temporary or permanent access a site needs before the first delivery arrives.

Plot separation and boundary works

Fencing, retaining walls and level changes between neighbouring plots, built to the lines shown on your approved plans.

External works and final levels

Patios, paths and the finishing groundworks around a finished home, so the outside matches what was drawn.

You send us the site details

Call or email with the address, plot size and any drawings you hold. A rough sketch or title plan is enough to begin.

We visit and measure the ground

We walk the site with you, check levels, access and services, and note anything that will change the scope of the work.

You receive a written quote

We set out the work, the programme and the price in plain terms, so you can compare it with other quotes line by line.

We build and hand over the plot

Our team carries out the works, keeps you updated as it progresses, and hands over a plot that is ready for the next stage.

Where we stop

Work we do not take on

We do not take on commercial or industrial groundworks, as we work only on residential sites.
If a plot needs a full architectural design or planning application, we decline the job and point you to a designer instead.
We do not quote for work on sites where legal access has not yet been agreed with the landowner.
Where asbestos or contaminated ground is confirmed, we step back and leave the remediation to a licensed specialist.
